We have stayed here several times - the site is very peaceful, well maintained (thank you warden team) and convenient to lots of interesting days out - this time we visited Stonehenge and the Museum of Army Flying, both pre-booked online, of course! The CAMC have worked hard to make use of shared facilities COVID safe but sadly not everyone is respecting the armband system - twice in one morning I arrived to find no armbands on the 3 hooks yet two and then three cubicles inside in use. Come on, folks, do your bit too! A torch could be useful if you want to walk up to the loo block at night as although lighting on the road is there, it is low level and not intrusive - depends how happy you are to walk in the dark! Also, it would seem wise to follow guidance and not arrive before12.00 - there is minimal manoeuvring room on the entry point and I watched two vans having to edge their way out very slowly past an over-keen early arrival.
