I just wanted to leave a review for the Rowan Park Site in Bognor Regis. The 2 rating fields marked 'Good for families' and 'Peace and Quiet'  I have had to give one tick for it to be accepted, but I do not feel any ticks are earned in those sections.We are very disappointed with this site and feel the write up in the book needs to change. Firstly, the book says 'Some Road noise can be expected'  but we feel this is an understatement. The road wad VERY noisy all night long and we may as well have pitched in the lay by. The site is right opposite a retail park with 2 very busy fast food outlets. Both nights were very disturbed for us with loud fast cars, horns, sirens, wheel spins, motor cycles, shouting and swearing......really not what you want from a relaxing weekend planned.  We also think it should state that the play equipment is only suitable for toddlers and that NO BALL GAMES etc allowed on site. Our 6 and 9 year old were very disappointed and unable to have any fun at all on site. We definitely will NOT be returning and feel it ruined our whole weekend.  We shall take the time to ring ahead with questions before booking any other sites to avoid disappointment.
