1.00 arrival is not optional! I have every sympathy with the warden. It’s people like you who think the rules are not for them that make their job so difficult.

The wardens were only doing what they are instructed to do. No need to drive around for another ten minutes, just pull into a convenient parking space. 

I totally agree. We were earlier as well and we never have a problem to wait. When you come from far it is hard to be there exactly on time.

My husband has leucemia and is 72 years old. He needs his rest. We didn't even go to the reception, but wanted to wait till 1 PM.

But there came the warden. Being unkind and rude. There was no reason for that tone.
