UNEXCCEPTABLE ATTITUDE from the MALE WARDEN

BEWARE OF THE MALE WARDEN, if you do anything that’s he’s not happy with he will come down on you like a ton of bricks, quiet rightly so if you do something dreadful but all I did was drive over the corner of the grass while I was reversing my caravan into a pitch. I must have apologised 4 times for the incident. Appalling attitude, he talks to you like you are a child, I am 65yrs and I strongly object to this, he needs a people skills course. We had just arrived, there was no can I help you, are you in a mess, just goes for the throat, he only asked if we needed his help after he raised his voice and stomped around the caravan checking if there was any damage, as you can image we told him we will sort it..I will be putting a formal complaint in about this.. The site is nice, some pitches are level but there is a lot that’s needs levelling blocks. There is a lot of noise from the A66. The dog walk is hopeless, you still have to keep your dog on a lead.

Am I the only one getting fed up with "reviews" like this?

If you have an issue with the wardens, by all means report it to the club. But complaing on here is just self defeating; use this section for its intended pupose - to review the site and surrounding area, not the staff. And please, do stop shouting!

How rude! And how slow off the mark - 17 days to respond in which time you've contributed to the thread I started about reviews in general!

Just read my OP again David and think about what I wrote. Do you honestly think there is anything justifiable about this sort of complaint against the wardens when they are not able to defend themselves? Do you honestly think it is better to complain here than contact the club to dis cuss the matter?

Oh, and this was not about dogs in the least - why do you so often attempt to divert things that way?

Reviews should review the site, not your stay, there is a difference, well to me at least. It does not say review the staff. Yes over and above good service should be mentioned but in the other case, where there is a complaint, then this is not the place to put it. Firstly as M points out they cannot answer back, the complaint may not even be true (or it may - doesn't matter), so it is totally unfair, and almost cyber-bullying to do so.

If your complaint is justified then appropriate action will be taken.
