Superb location
We have visited this site many times over the last 20 years and never tire of the stunning scenery. The site is clean and well looked after by the friendly staff. Best to pitch lower down the site to avoid traffic noise from the A66. This the beautiful location is an ideal base for exploring the Dales, the Lake District and Northumberland / Durham as well as an ideal stopover when traveling to Scotland. A visit to the Wensleydale creamery is a must for a cream tea!
