Walking and cycling excellent
Wardens helpful and welcoming. Level pitches of a good size. Helpful paths have been made for short cuts to toilets and exit. Drive over drain for motor caravans a joy after years of heaving up manhole covers! Childrens playground by lake very near which is pleasant to walk round (with dog) and also nature reserve area with lake. There are other paths for walking and cycling including Trans Pennine. Very enjoyable stay.
