Don't knock it - this is a very interesting (rarely visited by 'outsiders') part of the country.
Bolsover Castle, Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth (all related thru' recent history), Chesterfield, Renishaw Hall, Rother Valley Country Park, Trans Pennine Way, cycling, fishing, walking, etc., etc., and all just off the M1 motorway!
Clean site, level, quiet, excellent facilities.
