First time at Poolsbrook
I thought I'd break up my journey to North Yorkshire with a three night stop over at Poolsbrook. It was very clean, very quiet, and the facilities were superb.
The reason I only gave a score of 3 for "Good for families" is that I was on my own, and never gave this aspect any thought at all. I suspect the score should probably be higher.
A nice lake at the bottom of the hill, only a few minutes walk from the site. Looks like a lovely place to visit, especially in summer .
I will definitely be back!
