Recently returned from a four-day visit to this site. What a find! The hosts - Kevin and Anita - were friendly and helpful and always prepared to have a chat about the delights the area had to offer. It is a perfect area for our e-bikes with lots of coves and beaches to explore. The Mount Batten ferry (which takes bikes) made it easy to explore the city and its waterfront. By using the Cremyll ferry (again takes bikes), we spent a fabulous day cycling to Mount Edgcumbe House and Park, and then onto Kingsand, Cawsand and Rame Head. 22 miles of stunning scenery with a lovely café in a NIssan Hut at Maker. Just a pity we had to leave before we could use our e-bikes to enjoy the Plym Valley Cycle Trail, and other routes in the area. No matter - we will be back. We need to enjoy the stunning views from the site again!
