Good for families

Yearly visits

Have stayed on this site nearly every fireworks night and New years for 10 years now. Started with a caravan but have now swapped to a motorhome. The site is great for walking beach stays or just relaxing. Wardens have as all club sites always been friendly and helpful. Just one thing have noticed about most clubsites is that they only have ONE motorhome service point. which when it takes 20 to 30 mins to fill tank this surely would cause a queue for the service point during busy times of the year. Just observation as we usually go for the smaller CL sites during busy times.

A lot of variable here....water pressure, size of tank etc....

when on tour you're at the mercy of the site water pressure but if heading for a single site as ypu appear to be, could you fill at home prior to leaving.

we use Minehead as a winter break with pals but the water pressure there is pathetic and to fill a large water tank takes ages, so i always fill at home before we head there, saves so much time and frustration.

Thats a fair point but most advise against travelling with full tank of Water.  However have consisered it for short journeys.

My point was for the Peak season when every one is turning up on site ASAP after 1.oclock.

Just thought be good for sites to have 2 MSP  to help stop any congestion around the site.

I can see your point re a couple of MHSP but CAMC has its way of doing things and we just have to go along with it..

i wouldnt worry about travelling with water, isnt this what a MH is for, being self sufficient (water, waste, gas, solar power etc)....not very self sufficient if you cant carry a reasonable amount of fresh water.

we regularly travel with a full (over 100 ltr) water tank..
