I am writing this review, following my third visit to the Pembrey Country Park Site this year. This year there is a new management team headed by Keith And Jo. What a refreshing experience it has been on each of the three occasions that we have stayed. The friendliness and professionalism of the team shines through. Firstly, the check in procedure has in my opinion been enhanced as a member of the team comes to your car and undertakes this without having to get out of the vehicle. This is assisted by the online booking process which allows payment to be taken on arrival. The second thing that I am pleased with is the reorganisation of the grass pitches, which to me affords more privacy, with the option of being able to put our caravan unit facing inwards. This assists us to prevent our miniature Schnautzer dogs from barking at anyone walking near the caravan. The only minor negative aspect we have encountered is the toilet block which is now showing signs of age. The club should make it a priority to update the facilities, which would make the site a flagship venue for all our membership. I would again commend the whole of the site management team for their dedication and commitment . Keep up your exemplary work.
