Great location but toilet block needs TLC

Lovely site in great location for the beach and walks in the forest and coastal path. Amazing beach. Very friendly wardens and very helpful (we arrived in torrential rain having booked a grass pitch and the warden had already been around the site to allocate useable pitches). The toilet block was rather tired and needs TLC. It's the first time in my 35 years of membership that I've not given a glowing report about facilities on Club site. There's no shop on site but there's a new well-stocked Co-op in Burry Port just under 3 miles away by road or the coastal path. The beach is 1 mile from the site and there are road barriers between the site and beach parking, so anyone staying on site who wants to drive to the beach will have to pay £8 (April to September) for the day, but dogs are not allowed on this stretch May to September. There is one free carpark that is also dog-friendly all year: when exiting the site turn left (away from the beach), then first right and head towards the large metal gates, there's a road to the left which leads to a free beach carpark.
