Lovely Site

We stayed here for 4 nights, its located next to the country park and the site has a back gate for easy walking access. Its a lovely site and very friendly wardens who keep the place looking immaculate. You have a choice of grass and hard standing and there is plenty of room on the pitches. We had numerous walks around the park either through the woods or direct to the beach or a mix of both. The park has apparently been taken over my a new management team, who havent quite got to grips with the upkeep, so we found the park nice but a little run down. Many of the pathways need resigning and they should take a lead from the national trust paths so red, yellow, green, blue routes as most of the footpath signs are old and unmarked so its easy to get lost in there. There are a number of cafes and toilets around the park at the ski slope and the beach Its also a nice walk into burry port along the coastal path, and we made it a circular coming back along the canal bank a disused railway line.
