We first visited this site in 1998 when the toilet block was new, we have not been again until this week. Wow, it was like going back in time. The block though kept immaculate by the wardens does really need to be knocked down and started again. Cracked tiles, the good old little white stools and very small shower cubicles that you have to climb down to are not really acceptable when you are paying over £30 per night at this time of year. The water though was piping hot. There is no TV signal if you have an omni direction aerial, and no booster on the bollards. The club needs to spend money on this site soon. And yes the night freight trains are very loud.
