Great wardens and a lovely site which is long and narrow, yes there are trains but didn't bother us at all. We were on the riverside which was lovely. My husband and Daughter did a walk from the site straight up a steep hill and back down the other side it was just over 3 miles long. Lots of walk info in the hut on site. We had a takeaway from the pub right by the site, which was very nice, the burgers were a bit greasy but were filled with lots of things. I had a steak which I asked for well done which it was but it was a good one not difficult to cut like others I have had from other places. We will definitely come back.
