Arrived Sunday 25 April, walked onto the site and asked by male member of staff 'what were we doing?', we explained we were looking to see which pitch we would use, to be told we weren't allowed on this site before 1pm and booking in, then told off for being at the site too early (we arrived at 12.45pm- when you can book in from 1pm), were then told off for leaving our caravan parked on a piece of grass outside the site and that 'the council 'will close us down if people keep doing this' . There was another van parked on the grass in front of our van, but these people were not spoken to by the member of staff. The member of staff then continued to berate us in a raised voice. In the end I had to ask this member of staff to calm down. No apology. A very unpleasant experience. Terrible customer service. My wife and I did not like to be spoken to as though were were children.
