We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here . The site is a stunning location - don't be put off by the mention of slopes - arrive early and there are plenty of flat pitches and the others are not so bad ... . The views are amazing -accessibility to both cycle path and English coast path is minutes away. You can walk to Whitley Bay approx 30 minutes - we also cycled to Blyth. Worth checking out the tides so you can access St Mary's lighthouse. If you're into Yoga have a look at the Yoga station in Whitley Bay . And if you're vegetarian or vegan the food at Pulp Fiction Future Food. The facilities on the site are excellent - good showers- and the team here are so friendly and helpful - we'll certainly be going back !
