We arrived on the 16th May and were made welcome by the two lovely Wardens. The pitch we selected was on quite a steep slope and the Warden (Billy) helped direct us onto it. The views are magnificent on this site probably the best we have been on. Both the Wardens could not do enough to help us, and are really kind hearted people. The facilities were spotless and a good system in operation for covid safety at the toilets. 3 wristbands in solution outside the ladies toilets and you simply hang one up on a peg outside so you don't have to take into the toilet block. When leaving the block you pop it back into the solution. The grass was immaculately cut. Just outside the site we went to the Delavel Arms which is now in new ownership, and the food is fantastic as is the service. You can sit indoors or outside under cover, or in the sun if you get some. Staff were on the ball and dogs made welcome in some areas of the pub. Highly recommend visiting the wildlife reserve at the lighthouse, lots of seals and birds to see. Well done Wardens you made our holiday.
