We stayed for 2 nights 21-22 June the site has very friendly wardens, the site shows an excellent standard of care and attention. Brilliant location just 2 miles from Whitley Bay which is undergoing development so would like to visit again to see how it turns out. Excellent sea and lighthouse views from the site, the weather was changeable so put a bit of a dampener on our visit though all on site seemed in good spirit. Lots of walks though there is an excellent bus service (6 per hour). Even though we had a reasonably level pitch levelers were still needed, if you are in the area this is one not to miss.
