Juat completed another 4 day visit for a family wedding in nearby whitley bay. Site is ideally located with two bus routes running to Newcastle and Whitley Bay. Pitches small and you need to cross grass to access the hard standing areas. Views outstanding. Cycle path to Whitley bay and Blyth adjacent to site. Bank machine at nearby Co-op which stays open until 2200. Seaton Deleval pub next to site entrance and Bars and Fish and ship shop at Seaton sluice are within walking distance. Toilets very clean door locks had been removed during our visit. Chocks essential for most pitches and we use Millenco Quatro for our motor home. St Marys island is tidal so check access times. Lot of development work under way in Whitley Bay just now. We approach camp site from whitley bay sea front passing the large static holiday park which is signposted from most directions.
