A return visit as soon as lockdown ended on 12 April. This site is the essence of simple, peaceful caravanning. The lack of facilities may discourage some, but encourages self sufficiency and reduces movement around the site! We were blessed with glorious chilly spring weather - and that helped us to appreciate and enjoy the wonderful scenery and views in the area. The staff team went over and above to make us feel welcome, safe and Covid-secure. Much of what we have done on previous visits was still not yet open, but the walks, bike rides and views more than made up for this. The site is quiet and dog friendly - but leads essential locally, especially now at lambing time. Look forward to our next trip
