Just spent a week at this quiet well run site.The wardens were very friendly and the site was super tidy and clean.The location is very remote although lovely but you need a car (we hired one from Enterprise).The area if you have never been is a mixture of flat open moorland and steep hills and climbs like Whitby with its 199 steps and Scarborough (which was a bit too commercial for us!.Sandsend was ideal if you want a long ,quiet beach and we also liked FIley. A trip on the Steam Railway is also a must although expensive compared to West Somerset Railway!
