This site is a bread and butter C&MH site, with little to shout about, but generally clean with good facilities. It's in a reasonable location in the Broads, but isn't a picturesque site by any means. The pitches and grounds are well-maintained and signed, and the camping facilities (utilities, drainage, chemical waste points etc) are numerous and in good condition. The shower/toilet block is obviously cleaned frequently, but is slightly dated and could do with a refresh. There are plenty of stalls and showers, and I never had to wait for one even though the site was busy. Numbered pitches are allocated on arrival, but on returning from a day out in our van we received a phone call to say someone else had taken our pitch while we were gone and we had to move. We weren't too bothered, but we ended up in a more shady pitch and some might have taken exception to this. If it hadn't been for the noisy neighbours the previous night we might have been more upset! Overall, they charge a premium price, perhaps slightly lacking the premium experience
