From Neil & Stephanie Robson. Member No: 1881220x My husband and I had spent five lovely days staying at the Norfolk Broads Caravan site at Ludham, when on 12th April I had a fall and broke my hip. We would both like to send a heartfelt thank you to two of the Wardens Andy and Jackie who came to our rescue, alerted the ambulance service and generally took over all our responsibilities. Together with Marilyn and Jan, fellow caravanners across the way, they made sure that I was comfortable while lying on shingle, bringing duvets, sleeping bags and hot water bottles, providing hot drinks, protecting me from the rain and wind with a ‘canopy’ of umbrellas until the ambulance came. Everyone stayed with me and refused to leave, despite the weather. For this I am truly grateful and amazed at the kindness offered to us at a very stressful time.
