My wife and I spent 2 weeks at this lovey site. On arrival the wardens gave us a warm welcome and told us all the local information.  The site is well maintained and the shower block is kept up to the high standard of the CC. Nice walks along the river bank and watch the boats sail by.  Wrexham is a nice little town. Roy's outlets are everywhere. Very good supermarket and department store.  Use their car park as it is free for the first 3 hours although I spoke to a member of staff who said there was no check.  Do not use the car park next to the marina as it is expensive. Norwich is good for a day out. There is a park & ride which is well worth going on, it's on the road from Wroxham and is well sign posted. This is a very good site and well worth a visit.
