Relaxing family break

We have just spent a very pleasant two nights over half term at this site. The facilities are spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a couple of very pleasant walks during our stay. One a circular walk to the Abbey ruins, stopping off on the way back at the pub. The Dog pub is only a few minutes walk from the site. Despite it's rather plain décor, the staff were very friendly and the food was tasty. The second walk was a longer walk along the River to How Hill and then back through the village of Ludham. Again we stopped at the pub, this time the Kings Arms, to shelter from the showers. I'm not a fan of giant TVs in pubs, (if you are, this is the pub for you) however we managed to sample a couple of excellent pints of Woodfordes Wherry and kept dry!
