We really enjoyed our stay & disagree with some previous comments, we hardly heard any noise from the motorcycle workshop adjacent to the site so suggest that the person with the hearing aids had them on a too sensitive setting! The wardens were great and really friendly, they always had time to say hello and gave service with a smile and in fact they were one of the best we had encountered on C&M sites. They unfortunately have to put up with a small minority of serial moaners which I witnessed on more than one occasion and did so with professionalism and without bias. The facilities were well maintained at all times despite the mess that some campers had left in the toilet blocks (enough said!) The visiting pizza company was excellent and one of the best we had tried & so good we had 2 during the stay. The dog pub was ok for a drink but we preferred the kings arms in the village of ludham which can be walked via the back lanes safely but takes about 35-40 minutes. Ken’s veg stall was cheap and convenient too. Would definitely recommend this site & return in future. The information room was excellent too and comprehensive.
