An itch that needed scratching !!

We have stayed here fairly regularly from it's initial opening and always been pleased to go back. Our most recent stay, however, has highlighted a few policy changes (itches) that I have to scratch. 1. The number of wardens on the site seemed to vary between 8 and 10 with one, next to the toilet blocks having noisy dogs. 2. The Liberator field was left unopened during our stay, despite having been mown and fit underfoot, thus restricting customer choice. 3. Despite being "full" the overflow toilet blocks remained unopened. 4. What with the "no bins policy" and the minimal mowing policy I am at a loss how the number of wardens remain gainfully employed. The site remains a favourite of ours in The New Forest, especially, since Black Knowl prices have hit the Stratosphere!! The site and facilities are clean, the location is good for walks and cycling in the New Forest. It's a shame that Caravan Club policies are spoiling the feel.
