Peace and quiet, nature and nice chips
An NEB regular for 18 years, can't get enough of it. Site is well laid out, very well maintained and with ample facilities(for those who open their eyes). Lots of rabbits and bird life, but lets not forget that we are imposing ourselves on their natural habitat.
Local traders give the site the fringe benefits of fresh bread weekly, fresh fish weekly, and freshly fried Chips to go with tasty freshly fried Haddock, Chicken, Sausage, or Haggis (twice weekly). Guess who is first in the queue?
NEB is off the beaten track - which is why so many regulars like it - but has many attractions within a 25/30 mile radius including four beautiful gardens within 5 miles. The port of Cairnryan is close by, making trips across the water to Belfast another string to NEB's bow.
It is a fantastic site which is why it appears that more and more people are going there. Ah well, bang goes the peace and quiet, hahahahaha.
