good site for peace and quiet and walking
we loved this site. lovely location with stunning views. A very good base if you are into walking or cycling. We used it as a base to visit the isle of Skye.
Quick tip, the 24hr fuel at the Coop is 5p per litre cheaper than the mainland fuel stations.The relief wardens were on the week we were there. Very friendly and helpful.
The site is next door to the mountain rescue center. On the Sunday there were a number of visits by the coast guard and royal navy rescue.
