We heard this was one of the first club sites, so expectations were running high for the site. We could imagine what might have been done to make it a beautiful place: landscaping, planting, top of the range facilities? What a disappointment then to find a bland field with just a few hedges and sparse trees. As for the facilities, really inadequate for the site: 2 showers and 3 toilets in a block that has had cosmetic work but needs a complete rebuild. The road noise was pretty bad, although it settled in the night. The staff don’t seem to have much pride in the place, when we reported a dead rabbit near our pitch they knew about it but hadn’t done anything. If the location is important for you then put up with the bleak nature of the site, otherwise go elsewhere.
