It should not have needed to be rectified. The sites manager made a poor decision presumably and given the general cost of pitches and the size of the site was not acceptable unless a large part of the site was closed.

I agree that the Regional Manager must hold some accountability. the site entrance has new signs in our newly branded colours announcing it and ' Experience Freedom' ie the pods.
Inside a very different story with the site manager rationing the facilities because of shortage of staff, many hard standings in poor condition and too small for todays caravans, cut up grass verges as a result of this etc...makes the site look pretty poor when people are paying commercial rates for their pitch..plus annual membership fee.
How do we get the Club to take note?

"How do we get the Club to take note?"
By contacting the club directly with your concerns.
Reporting the review with a sentence or two in the report box is one way of doing it or by emailing the sites department. Waiting for someone from the club to read the review might be fruitless.
