For any campers who are afraid to catch Coronavirus, please stay home and please do not ask CAMC to make radical changes to their sites. You have the choice to use your own facilities to avoid communal areas. Please don’t judge others around you, as YOU may just the one person who is asymptomatic. The CAMC is doing a fantastic job trying to keep all members safe and happy. Pitches have more than enough space as they are without asking the Club to halve the number of pitches available. Please camp sensibly and considerately without blaming tourists for spreading the virus - everyone is here to try to return to a little normality and support community businesses before the UK hits the worst recession it has ever seen. So please enjoy your stay at Moreton & all other Club sites with confidence

But tourists do unfortunately spread the virus, albeit unknowingly and yes, I could be one of them, so I wore a mask. I had my own facilities as well. For me, my experience would have been improved had the numbers of open pitches been reduced a bit. I also agree with another reviewer that there was considerable noise nuisance from dogs barking all over the site.

We all have different time scales of when we are ready to embrace certain 'normalities'. There are certainly things I don't feel ready to do yet, but others do. I would suggest that YOU are not yet ready to embrace the camping life. Or perhaps a CL would be a better choice for you.
The distances of the pitches are already sufficient to fit in with the government rules. Nothing is gained by spacing them any further apart. I am sure that communities like Morton-in-Marsh, who depend so much on the hospitality business are happy that we are spending money in their local economy.
