We, my wife and I, stayed at Modbury for 2 weeks in late July/early August. The site was very well kept and keeping in mind the Virus restrictions so were the facilities The only problems we found were the very narrow roads of that area and with a Caravan on tow by the time we got to the site my wife was a nervous wreck!! When we had to go shopping it took the best part of a day, leaving at 11am and getting back at about 2pm. We have vowed not to go to Modbury site again and in fact to stay away from Devon in future. As I said earlier the Modbury site is very good and so are the staff but the local road system stinks.
