Brilliant peaceful
This is the 2nd time we stayed at modbury.
Debbie and her husband are lovely and made us feel very welcome.
The site is immaculate with well kept grounds and facilities.
There’s a lovely play area for children though we are past that stage.
The dog field is excellent very safe with lovely short grass.
The road leading to the site from any direction is quite narrow and needs to be navigated with care.
Nice places to visit locally and we would recommend staying here.
