The real plus is the location with shops, places to eat, walking distance to the beaches and a local bus all close by. If you choose to use the car, you are straight onto the main road giving access to the beautiful Exmoor National park and other coastal towns and villages. The pitches can be a little tight but we found ours adequate for our awning and car with the added plus of sun virtually all day. The facilities are clean but with only 3 showers sometimes under pressure. However the pluses do outweigh the lack of up to date facilities.
