We stayed at end of July, midweek for 3 nights (cut short to 2). Site location fine, in a wonderful part of the country. Our problem was the woeful lack of facilities. We understand the problems of Covid but to fill a site almost to capacity (177 pitches) and then reduce the use of the facilities by more than half is poor judgement. We are in a Campervan with no onboard facilities, so rely on Ablution blocks. In this case it was poorly managed in my opinion. If 3 men were showering then the toilets were out of use for anybody else. I got fed up dancing outside kick a dad at a wedding waiting for somebody to. exit the block after having spent 20 minutes having a shower. The women had 4 in their side at any one time, but the problem was still evident. Pan wash was ridiculous, I must have queued behind the same 2 men every time who must have fed the 5000 with the amount of plastic cutlery they washed and dried whilst chatting. All in all I think greed has overtaking ensuring customer experience is good in this case. Actually, I would argue with 177 pitches booked the WC block is not adequate anyway. Will not go again,
