Our second visit to this obviously popular site so wasn't able to pitch as far away from the play area as we wanted but that said it wasn't noticeably noisy. The site is immaculately kept and the wardens were all very helpful. This is an ideal site for visiting the southern end of the Lake District and Grange is a very pleasant town with an excellent chippy. The only issue we had was the council resurfacing the road to the site. I've never know so many workmen take so long to do so little! However as it was sunny all week this didn't seem to matter as much as it would on a workday. Would recommend this site to everyone.
