The site was near to full but I noticed no such problem with people booking in early as previous reviews have said (but if everyone arrives at 1pm there is bound to be a queue!). I only saw one vehicle enter the 'no entry' but in view of the position of his pitch, I can understand why he/she did so. There were no children around. Other campers were friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were brilliant. They have a system of disinfected rubber bands outside the door to the facilities and you are supposed to hang a rubber band up as you go in and replace it into the disinfectant when you come out. That ensures no more than 6 people are inside at any one time. My husband had his band taken by someone else! So I think people may forget to put a band on the hook when they enter and then take someone else's band when they come out! But apart from that, everything was very efficient and clean. It's a lovely site, well set out, in a lovely location. We cycled and luckily we had glorious weather - unlike the rest of the country. We are new members and this was our first member site. We were thoroughly impressed and will return.
