Exemplary as usual
Meathop is a spotless site with easy access. The Woodlands Hotel made for perfection! and they even remembered us (not sure if thats good or not). We just love this site.
For anybody nervous of going to the Lakes be assured its business as usual, dont let the media put you off. Not everywhere is flooded. They need tourists. The Site Wardens were fantastic and even rung to see if we were ok on route.
