Been to this site a couple of times now and it just keeps getting better, lovely and peaceful with very helpful friendly staff. Only a couple of hours from home and when we left home it was blowing a gale and pouring down, so much so my wife was all for staying at home. After battling the weather to get there we discovered this site was very well sheltered to the point where we could still sit out in the awning that evening. A perfect peaceful sheltered gem of a site that is handy for motorway or lake district. My favourite site so far.
