This visit was just for a couple of days whilst on our way to Scotland. The welcome as at all club sites was friendly and pleasant. Our pitch was just a few yards from the amenity block, which was very clean and tidy and in good condition. The views from the site are great. The Lakeland mountains in one direction and the Pennines in the other with one of the Morecambe Bay inlets at Arnside in the foreground. The site is a great base for exploring the southern lakes and north Lancashire. We'll have to make a return visit to the site, because there's so much to see. Highly recommended. Wifi connection mediocre. RJP
