A short trip from home brought us to Meathop Fell, a very quiet and peaceful location for only our 2nd trip in out new Motorhome.
The site was very quiet and enjoyable, the toilet block was immaculate and the wardens very friendly.
The weather was cold, sleety and quiet windy, we had to move from our original pitch to one where we had the wind on the back of the van. A little less rocking and rolling ??
Only 40 ish miles from home so we will undoubtedly be back
