The site is in a great location and the plots are generous. I had a problem with the inflexibility of the rules though. When we arrived I couldn't find my membership card and was told I wasn't allowed on without showing it. I could show the booking emails in my own members name but that wasn't enough, no card, no entry. Fortunately I found it or we would have been heading home. No flexibility and no willingness or attempt to help, just to stick to the rule. Then our friend who had also booked for Friday and Saturday nights couldn't make it on time on Friday so arrived Saturday morning, paid for the 2 nights but then couldn't enter the ground and park her van. Check in isn't until 1300. The ground wasn't busy, she'd paid for the space, why not bend the rule a little and let her come in? But no, you can't come in until 1300, regardless. So she was told to go and park in the village until 1300. I understand that you need rules but also some common decency as to how you apply them.
