A beautiful location in a lovely village. On arrival we had to wait out on the road which was dangerous. Letting us through to find a pitch would have been better as we couldn’t have left without having a barrier fob anyway! Having to queue outside the office was not a safe option, when the passenger and not the driver was left sitting in their vehicle. The toilet and shower facilities were basic and in need of immediate updating. More information about the other facilities such as a drying room (a brilliant idea, which could be included in other sites) would have been useful, but I guess the business of our arrival meant that a full induction could not be given (we didn’t know about leaving details of where you were going as one review has stated!) Another area of concern was the play area which was in the middle of the site, but not fenced in as is usual. We are sorry to give such a negative review, but they should not stop anyone from visiting such an amazing area.
