An ideal base for outdoor people
My wife and I come here often. We cycle quiet roads and tracks, climb hills, watch birds(this year saw nuthatches at the head of Loch Tay for the first time) and occasionally fish. Killin is a lovely village and the Parish Church is quite lively.
The wardens at the site were very helpful and keep the premises very tidy as best they can. It is a shame campers are very messy in the toilets!
