Large open site. Can't find anything to complain about and appears fine for kids. Facilities were the usual high standard but I was very surprised that the two nearest Service Points (didn't look at any others) did not have the usual waste bins although there was places for them. The staff were very fine but I thought impersonal, It's a large site and I'm sure they have plenty to do but when I asked about local walks on the Malverns were shown some leaflets (one, a single fairly large sheet with map was I think £6.95) yet in the information hut there were a number of walks in laminated folders with I believe a notice suggesting you go to the local Tourist Information. Other sites we've visited usually have a few walks and only charge a small fee or ask for a donation to a charity. Over all I cannot fault the site or wardens but feel it was not quite up to the very high standards of other Caravan Sites.
