We have just returned from a six night break at Malvern Hills. It is allege site and not surprisingly was virtually full. We pitched on a grass pitch on the upper area which seemed to have more space than the busy lower area. Our pitch was on the edge overlooking the site and was ideal for us with a wide outlook. The site is very well maintained and from the initial booking in at Reception the site managers could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The socially distanced facilities seemed to work fine and we tended to shower late afternoon and despite the site being full not once did we have to queue. As expected during school holidays there were quite a number of families and children around on bikes and scooters etc, but they weren't noisy: just kids enjoying themselves. The site is well placed for lots of places to visit and walks near or far, with quaint villages and picturesque towns. Overall we very much enjoyed our first visit to the site and the surrounding areas.
