Just spent a few days on this site. Reception is part of the on-site shop which sells all sorts of bits and bobs, the wardens extremely helpful, you leave your Membership card with them instead of a deposit for the barrier and loo key, which is returned to you when you hand in your keys on departure. The loo block is very modern and very clean. The site is very well kept with an area for Adults Only which means it is very quiet. There is a bit of road and rail noise but it's not too bad. Ludlow has a park and ride which is useful as it's a long walk into town and the bus service is pretty well non existent. There is plenty to see and do in the area, lunch at the Ludlow Food Centre is a must. We had to pay extra for our car trailer as we are a motorhome with a small car on a trailer - it does make you wonder why as it takes up no more room than a car caravan and awning!
