WINDY, WET, BUT GREAT PLACE

So our first visit to Looe, and our last before we pick up our new outfit. Lovely location, rolling hills, view of the sea. As Easter this year was early the weather was a little wet and windy but we still had a great time. The site was immaculate, the toilet/shower block was spotless and very warm. Music being played over the speakers was nice to. The wardens were very cheerful and very helpful, they even let me have some gravy when we found we had forgot some and sunday dinner was nearly ready, thank you. The area is great we wondered down to Millendreath, that may be spelt wrong, a small coffee shop down there and a chance to watch the surfers. Looe itself was very nice with its small, narrow winding roads and massive choice of places to get food, Catch was nice for the fish & chips. also some nice tearooms for a lovely creamtea. The site was quite empty but I guess tha is because it is only march, I have read it gets busy later and maybe not so quiet. Really enjoyed it except the big storm on sunday, will definately go back....
